Broadcaster app functions- stream status and settings

Stream status:

When everything is as it should both the stream and recording status are green👍

However when the stream status is orange or even worse red you need to fix it👎

This issue is typically related to your internet connection.

What can you do?

- Adjust the streaming quality in the broadcaster app thru settings.

See below where you find the settings:

Settings 

Streaming- if you are currently are streaming on Medium, then change to Low

If this solution resolves the issue, that's great!

If not, it's important to assess your network connection. You can do this by using Speedtest.net or similar services to measure your internet speed. We recommend ensuring that your upload speed is at least 10 Mbps for optimal streaming performance.

Restarting the application can also be beneficial and may help resolve any lingering issues.

Recording-If you anticipate network issues that could affect the livestream, enable local recording to save your broadcast directly to the streaming unit as a video file. This will use considerable memory but ensures you have a replay available if problems arise during the livestream.
