When you stream a game successfully, your replay is typically uploaded automatically. However, there are instances where the replay may not post as expected due to various factors.

This may occur due to e.g. insufficient network connectivity or interruptions from notifications received during the broadcast.
If your replay has not been uploaded automatically, the first step is to navigate to the livestream page.
Navigate to the section for past games or events on your channel, and select the specific game or livestream you wish to review. Then press the meatball menu up in the right corner and advanced settings.
Scroll down to the bottom of the livestream page- Broadcast
In this situation, you will notice that this particular broadcast contains three separate recordings. Our next step is to combine these recordings into a single cohesive replay.
Select the 'Recordings' option and then choose all three recordings available.
Merge all the recordings to one
Then press use as replay
The process of encoding the newly merged replay may take some time, so please be patient and check back later for updates.
If one recording is available: mark it as Replay, and you're done!
Replay Posted But Only Shows 1 Minute?
Issue: The replay is visible but only shows a short clip, even though the full game was streamed.
Solution:
- Go to Recordings under Advanced Settings.
- Delete the short replay.
- Check if other recordings appear.
- If yes, follow the steps above to select or combine them and set as replay.
- If no recordings appear, check the Trash folder.
If you do not find any recordings, please check the trash folder for any deleted files.
And if there you find something accurate, then press restore
Replay Exists But Isn't Visible to Viewers?
Issue: Replay is uploaded and working in the backend, but viewers can’t see it.
Solution:
- Go to the game settings.
- Check if the Publish checkbox for the replay is marked.
- If not, tick the box and it will become visible to viewers.
