Logo team/club channels:
If your team has a channel, having the correct club logo is essential. If you notice that the logo is missing or incorrect, please feel free to email us the correct logo at cs@solidsport.com.
For team and club channels the logo can not be changed or added by admin on the channel, the logo has to be added by us into the system.
Logo event /tournament channels:
For events and tournaments, while adding your logo is not mandatory, it is highly recommended, as it enhances the viewer's experience and adds a personalized touch to your channel.
To add the logo just press the camera button in the right corner of the logo.
The logo dimensions should be 432x432 px and in PNG format.
Header/banner:
The header on your banner is a great way to get your channel more personalized. 
You can easily change you banner by clicking on the camera button in the right corner as the picture above.
The dimensions of the banner should be 1440x350 px, preferably in JPG.
All image options above can easily be accessed in the backend of your channel as well (how to access backend)
How to add a thumbnail to your live broadcasts and events
First we need to upload the thumbnail in the image archive.
Press Settings in the red top menu and Image archive
Then press upload new background/logo
Then press +Add files
The thumbnail dimensions should be 1920x1080 px i JPG
And this is how it looks when completed!
All the steps outlined above, including uploading images to the image archive, can also be used for headers/banners, and logos for event channels.
Next, let's set the uploaded thumbnail as the default thumbnail for your live broadcasts and events.
Press the red top menu and press Settings and then Channel:
Then press Player in the left side menu:
Then select the default thumbnail for both live broadcasts and replays and press save.
You have the option to select distinct thumbnails for live broadcasts and replays if desired.
