Step 1. Ensure that your VEO camera is either fully charged or continuously connected to a power source. According to VEO, it takes approximately 2 hours to reach 80% battery capacity and about 4 hours for a complete charge. When fully charged, the camera can stream for around 4.5 hours on external platforms like Solidsport. By utilizing a 20,000mAh power bank, you can extend your streaming time by an additional 3 hours, bringing the total to approximately 7.5 hours!
Step 2. Turn on your VEO and connect to it through the VEO app (the green one). Login to the app using your own account. Once you are connected to your VEO you will need to connect it to Wifi, by going into settings in the right corner.
Step 3. Once you have the internet, it is time to GO LIVE! Press Go Live and choose:
- If it’s 7v7 or 11v11
- Your team
- Platform: Soldisport
- And enter your stream key
Now it will take approximately 75 seconds for the stream to start on Solidsport, because of the delay.
Step 4. Stream to Solidsport and either use our Reporter app, or the reporting in the VEO app to keep track of the score and time.
REMEMBER you need to use our report app if you stream to a live source and want to switch games without having to switch the stream key.
*Does not apply if you are using live reporting thru any of the following cupsystems: Cupmanager, Procup, Torneopal, Cupmate.
Step 5. After you finish your stream, select the option not to save it, then navigate to the "Library" to delete the recordings.
It's important to note that once the memory card reaches its capacity, the live streaming feature will cease to operate.
As a general guideline, approximately 1.5 hours of recorded footage occupies around 7 GB of storage space. To ensure uninterrupted streaming, it is advisable to clear the memory cards on a daily basis.
**Troubleshooting:**
- Regularly monitor the battery life to ensure it can sustain streaming throughout the day.
- Verify your internet connection to maintain a stable stream.
- Check the camera's storage by navigating to the settings menu to ensure adequate space for recording.
- If you experience a brief loss of internet connection, you may need to reboot the camera. In this case, stop the livestream and restart it using the same stream key as before.
